Doulton ceramic filter
elements are now available in a range of standard cartridge formats. For the
first time all grades of Doulton filter elements can be supplied in a range of
sizes to fit a wide variety
of industry standard filter housings. Doulton ceramic cartridges allow existing
filter installations and
designs to be easily upgraded to provide the highest quality filtration performance.
Cartridges are available in 2 inch and 2 ¾ inch to fit slim line
and standard housings. Whilst adapter
cartridge can also be supplied to fit 20” housings.
Doulton cartridges range from silver impregnated ceramic cartridges up to composite cartridges which
additionally include carbon block and heavy metal removal media; Sterasyl, Super Sterasyl,
Carbosyl,
Supercarb, Ultracarb.
Selection of the most appropriate grade will allow filter performance to be
matched to the requirements of local water conditions.
